Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview

thatsmypic offers subscription-based plans for event photographers. We believe in transparent, fair billing. This policy covers how our trial, cancellations, and refunds work.

Free trial

Every new subscription begins with a 7-day free trial. During the trial you have access to all Pro features with a total cap of 1,00,000 photos (this limit applies to the entire subscription, not per month).

  • A small authorisation hold of ₹5 is placed on your payment method to verify it. This is not a charge — it is automatically refunded within 5–7 business days.
  • If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. No questions asked.
  • If you do not cancel, your chosen plan (monthly or yearly) begins automatically after the 7-day trial period.

Subscription plans

Monthly

₹799 / month

Billed monthly. Cancel anytime before the next cycle.

Yearly

₹7,499 / year

Billed annually. Best value for active studios.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard.

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to Pro features until then.
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing period.
  • After cancellation, your account reverts to the free tier. Your existing events and photos remain accessible.

Refunds

When we issue refunds

  • Accidental or duplicate charges — if you are charged in error or billed twice, we will issue a full refund promptly.
  • Service outage — if the platform is substantially unavailable for an extended period during your billing cycle, we will issue a prorated refund or credit.
  • Authorisation hold (₹5) — the trial verification hold is automatically refunded within 5–7 business days regardless of whether you continue.

When refunds are not applicable

  • Partial-period cancellations (monthly or yearly) after the billing cycle has started.
  • Dissatisfaction after extended use — we encourage you to evaluate the platform during the free trial.
  • Failure to cancel before trial expiry — set a reminder if you are unsure. We send a notification before the first charge.

How to request a refund

Email us at hello@thatsmypic.com with your account email and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Approved refunds are processed through Razorpay and typically appear in your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.

Changes to this policy

We may update these terms as our plans evolve. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the dashboard. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
